A fund raising campaign is under way for improvements to the Steven Main Homestead.
We are hoping to raise enough money to do needed repairs to the homestead in time to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the founding of the North Stonington Historical Society. Letters were sent out if you didn't receive one and would like to help in this project please let us know.
We are asking each one to purchase a symbolic foundation block for $35. You can make this in memory of someone or just purchase one or more blocks. We will be using the proceeds to do some much needed repairs to the building as well as improvements. You can email us for information or send donations to the North Stonington Historical  Society  P.O Box 124  North Stonington, CT 06359
* Names of donors or recipients will be entered in a special book and displayed in the Stephen Main Homestead
We would like to thank each of you that made a donation. Please stop by and check out the improvements that are being made.
